The below information is for the Bridal Party (Lucie, Freya, Sara & Conrad) and immediate family (Susan & Brian)

GETTING TO HOPE:

Hi All, it’s roughly a 2 hour drive to Hope, carpooling info is below. Check-in is at 2.00pm, please aim to be at the lodge between 2.00pm - 3.00pm.

Parking: Parking is available on the forestry road right outside the lodge. All cars must be parked safely and on the same side of the road.

ACCOMODATION:

We’re providing accommodation for you for 3 nights in Hope. Friday 15th - Monday 18th August 2025. This will be either at American Creek Lodge or in an Air BnB as we can only have a max of 14 people stay at the lodge.

The venue has a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub and is close to a number of amenities such as hikes and lakes so please bring your bathers and walking shoes.

  • Conrad, Nikki + Kids: Downstairs bedroom - 4 x Singles

MEALS:

Meals will be provided for the duration of the stay at American Creek Lodge. We’ll be doing a Costco Shop on the way up so please let me know of any specific preferences.

FRIDAY 15TH AUGUST:

  • Before the day, Emma to provide some items for transport to Car Sean.

  • 10.00am Carl Car to do grocery shop at Costco Abbotsford

  • 2.00pm Check-in

  • 2.00pm Arrive at American Creek Lodge

  • 3.00pm - 6.00pm Wedding setup

  • 6.00pm Wedding Rehearsal

  • 6.45pm BBQ Dinner

SATURDAY 16TH AUGUST:

  • TBC Ladies hair and makeup starts

  • TBC Groomsmen offsite plans

  • TBC Photographer arrives on site

  • TBC Florist arrives on site

  • TBC Cake arrives on site

  • TBC Caterer arrives on site

  • 11.00am Day of coordinator arrives on site

  • 2.00pm First look

  • 2.15pm Bridal party photography

  • 4.00pm Ceremony

  • 4.20pm Cocktail hour/canapes

  • 4.20pm Family + friends photography

  • 6.00pm Guests to be seated

  • 6.10pm Bridal party arrival announcement

MONDAY 18TH AUGUST:

  • <2.00pm Final pack up

  • 2.00pm Check-out

  • 2.00pm Drive back to Vancouver

PARENTS:

Dad please wear a suits with bow tie and pants that fit properly! Navy blue with a white shirt. Bowtie can be any colour. *Update: Carl is looking suit hire options for you.

Mum please wear something nice that you feel comfortable in. Hair and makeup will be provided. *please note that they will only be styling your hair, so any cut and colour should be done before the event.

Boutonnieres will be provided.

Shoes and Jewellery: Please wear any appropriate shoes and jewellery that you’d like. Please note that flats, wedges or chunky heels are recommended due to the rocky gravel around the site.

Bridesmaid Dresses:

It’s really important to me that all of you purchase something that you will feel beautiful and confident in. It can be any material, patterned or plain, frilly or not frilly etc… My only requests are that it’s formal-ish, floor length and in a complementary colour.
